About HKT

HKT International Group Ltd was proudly established in 2008. HKT International Group Ltd build up by three manufactories and one trading company. Her predecessor is HKT International Trading Ltd mainly engage in metallurgy spare part such as kinds work roll, pinch roll, roller guide, bearings, tungsten carbide production, refractories, raw material business, established in 1996. According to years working hard, HKT become a well know company in metallurgy field. 2008 year, HKT invested roll manufactory and bearing manufactory established HKT International Group Ltd. HKT International Trading Ltd still exist as a subsidiary. HKT International Group Ltd has been turned into a Trade integration group company. Nowadays, we are servicing for steel industry, oil industry, casting industry and glass industry. Metallurgy spare part, metallurgy equipment, raw material, petroleum machinery, spare part for glass industry etc., where you need improve, we are! 

Now our roll manufactory annual output is 12,000tons, more than 4000tons export to all over the world. There are 215 workers, 45 technicians. The roll pant is equipped with advanced equipment including sets of MF and IF induction furnaces, sets of heat treatment furnaces and finishing machines with CNC controlled. The chemical composition is precisely tested by ELTRA carbon & sulphur determinator and ARL direct-reading spectrometer. And we also have an advanced ZEISS electric microscope for analyzing the microstructure. The quality of interface is monitored by ultrasonic flaw detection method. Our roll manufactory boasts perfect quality guarantee system and product quality inspection means due to its qualification of ISO 9001.

Our bearing manufactory is a fast growing bearing enterprise which was founded in 1996. It covers an area of 57000 square meters, about 32000 square meters closed area. Now it possesses 205 staffs, among which there are 146 workers, 32 designers and engineers, 15 sales and 12 technical service supporters. Our company has passed ISO9001 quality management certification and ISO14001 environmental management certification. Our annual turnover is around 15 million US$, 40% export oversea.
