Rolls

We supply all kinds of rollers for steel industry.

  • Material: Wear-resisting, heat-resisting and corrosion-resisting alloy steel. ZG40Cr25Ni20Si2, 1Cr18Ni9; 3Cr24Ni7SiN or at customers request. (HK40, 304, HH, Super 22H, HP-Nb, More1, More2, 1.4848, 1.4855, 1.4852, 2.4879)
  • Process: Rolls are made by centrifugal casting and will be machined subsequently. Cones will be made by static casting. Shafts will be forged, welded and machined according to relevant drawings.
  • Specification: OD56*OD2000mm or according to drawing and requirement. 
  • Our Project: 250t/d Calender Glass Line, 550t/d Photovoltaic Glass Line, 600t/d Calender Glass Line, 700t/d Float Glass Line, 800t/d Float Glass Line, 900T/D Lehr Steel roller, 1000t/d Float Glass Line, 1200t/d Float Glass Line.
